Syntor has operated successfully under a joint venture arrangement with our Indian manufacturing partner for a number of years. Syntor initially transferred a range of manufacturing equipment from the UK to India, coupled with the technology transfer of a range of established Syntor UK developed products.

Syntors Technical group transfers new technologies and processes , supports implementation of engineering/manufacturing. Our Compliance team incorporates Syntors Quality management systems. The same strategy applies when implementing and supporting toll manufacturing and contract manufacturing projects.

Summary of Indian manufacturing activities:

• Joint Venture established with Shree Ganesh Group, Ankleshwar, India since 2005 (www.ganeshremedies.com)
• Start-up of new multi-purpose Production Facility in 2008
• Production of multi-ton lots of a range of Chloro Alkylamine salts marketed and sold by Syntor worldwide
• Production carried out to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
• Pilot scale through to full scale Production of new processes and contract manufacture since 2005, many involving new technologies. This activity is developed and supported by Syntor Technical team.
• Installation of a range of equipment from the UK including halar centrifuges, glass lined double cone dryers and various multipurpose reactor units
• Continued investment in our manufacturing facilities/capabilities
• Regularly audited by several top tier Pharmaceutical companies and various generic pharma companies

• 2000 litre – 13500 litre glass lined and stainless steel reactors
• Fully contained solids handling and packing facilities including Air Handling Units for product charging and packing
• 3 x 2000 litre stainless steel hydrogenation reactor to 20 bar. Temperature from – 15 0 C to 250 0 C
• 2 x Halar lined Centrifuges
• Glass lined high vacuum distillation units. Temperature to 200 0 C
• 2 x 2250 litre glass lined double cone vacuum dryers
• Stainless steel fluid bed driers
