Conversant with the PPC permit, health and safety controls in place and the company policy.

Competent to undertake their work activities safely and efficiently.

Aware of emergencies and the actions they should take during such events.

Communication processes will be developed that:

Encourage all parties involved to openly express their concerns and participate in the improvement of Syntor ‘s performance.
