Syntor has a wide range of experience in the development and commercial production of new products.
We are able to offer a fully managed service from initial process and route development for new laboratory scale compounds, through to commercial production. Our flexible, pro-active approach enables us to offer a streamlined service. This service is designed in order for a project to be scheduled to fit into our customers own timescales. 1. Development work
- Develop and design the process at our UK R&D facility
- Carry out laboratory and pilot scale development in order to determine any scale up characteristics / issues.
- Run at small scale in order to finalise production process design.
- Process review
- Provide cost effective, transparent costing information
- Implement technology transfer at the chosen site of manufacture
- Manage full-scale production manufacture at one of our JV manufacturing partners
